    Information You Provide to the AI

    Depending on the features you use, we may process prompts, messages, companion preferences, personality selections, customization settings, image or video generation instructions, voice preferences, and other information voluntarily entered into the Services.

    AI-Generated Content

    We may process and store conversational responses, AI-generated images, AI-generated videos, voice or audio content, companion profiles, and customization results as necessary to provide the Services.

    Purchase and Billing Information

    Purchases may be processed by authorized third-party resellers and payment providers, including Digistore24. Pryda.App does not need to directly store your full credit or debit card number.

    We may receive transaction-related information such as customer email, order ID, purchased product, subscription status, transaction status, billing frequency, purchase amount, refund status, and cancellation status.

    Technical and Usage Information

    We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referral source, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, session information, and diagnostic or performance data.

    Please note that you may still receive essential transactional emails related to your account, purchases, billing, security, or customer support.
